How to sign the documents from home

1In short

You don't need to come to the office to set up or change your company. We talk by phone or on WhatsApp, we prepare the documents, and you sign them from home in one of these two ways:

• With a qualified electronic signature: the fastest option, everything is done online.
• By courier: we email you the documents, you print them, sign them by hand and send them to us by courier.

If you prefer, you can come to one of our offices in Galați at any time and sign on the spot.

2With a qualified electronic signature

A qualified electronic signature has the same legal value as a handwritten signature throughout the European Union. We accept qualified signatures from any authorised provider, for example certSIGN, DigiSign, Trans Sped or AlfaSign.

1. We send you the documentsYou receive the ready-drafted documents by email, as PDF files.
2. You sign themYou sign them electronically with your signature provider's app.
3. You send them backYou email us the signed files.
4. We file the applicationWe file the application online with the Trade Register and keep you posted.

Don't have an electronic signature? You can get one from an authorised provider. In most cases, identification is done online, with your ID card and a video call. If you don't want to get one, use the courier option.

3By courier

1. We send you the documentsYou receive the documents by email or on WhatsApp, with the places where you need to sign marked.
2. You print and sign themYou print them and sign each document by hand, with a pen, where it is marked.
3. You send them by courierYou send the signed originals by courier to the office you have been dealing with. Please also send us the parcel tracking number.
4. We file the applicationWhen we receive the documents, we check the signatures and file the application with the Trade Register.

Keep a copy of the signed documents until you receive the certificate.

4What cannot be used

For the Trade Register to accept the file, the signature must be one of those above. The following cannot be used:

• a signature drawn with your finger on a phone or tablet;
• a photo or scan of your signature pasted into the document;
• documents signed by hand and sent only as scans, without the originals.

For some documents the law requires the signature to be given in front of a notary or at the Trade Register. We tell you in advance if this applies to your file.
